It had everything we needed, including kitchen and bathroom appliances, city maps, and even complimentary coffee and tea. the wifi connection was excellent, and we even found small treats on our pillows to welcome us. the team that manages the apartments were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was perfect. We will definitely be staying at Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments , Contactless 24H Check, In when we visit again. Cons: Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊.

I recently stayed at the Rafael Kaiser Premium Apartments in Vienna for a week-long trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The host was incredibly attentive and always available to assist. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area were perfect for preparing meals. The apartment also had reliable WiFi and a comfortable bed. The location, although not in the city center, was easily accessible by public transportation. The team's communication and accommodation were outstanding, and the air conditioning was a pleasant bonus during hot days in the city.

The suite had a private terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. It felt amazing to have our own outdoor space. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and the underfloor heating made it even more inviting. Having a kitchenette with a Nespresso coffee machine was a great perk for us as coffee lovers.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the shared roof terrace as much as I thought I would. But others might still find it enjoyable.

That the apartment felt a bit empty and echoed due to the high ceilings. the couch was not very comfortable, and it was awkward to constantly turn to watch TV.
